COST UAE research interest:

I am particularly interested in informing innovative policy making in the field of urban agriculture and in identifying economically viable forms of establishing food growing in the city.

I believe I can contribute to the action in two main ways:

1)     sharing my experience in experimenting the use of social platforms to bridge the communication gaps between policy makers and grassroots groups and contribute to collaborative policy design

2)     in the understanding of the role of urban agricultural activists in envisioning an alternative urbanism
